Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how InfoHelm (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website infohelm.org (the “Website”) and our applications listed below (collectively, the “Apps”).

This Policy applies to:

1. Who we are

Legal entity: Marko Korać PR Info Helm
Address: Veljka Vlahovića 34, 23210 Žitište, Serbia
Contact email: info@infohelm.org

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that is necessary to provide and improve our services. The categories below apply differently to different products — see section 5 for product-specific notes.

2.1 Information you provide

2.2 Information collected automatically

3. How we use your information

4. Third-party services

Depending on which product you use, the following third parties may receive data from you or from us:

5. Product-specific privacy notes

5.1 Mobile apps — DreamCodex AI, Una AI Tarot: Jung

Content you type (dreams, questions, tarot topics, notes) is processed to generate AI interpretations and to build your in-app history. The content may be transmitted to the AI processing service we use, processed, and then displayed back to you. We do not sell this content to third parties.

Advertising identifiers and analytics may be active, subject to consent where required by law. You can manage consent and ad personalization in the App or through your device settings.

5.2 Desktop utility apps — PortalPack, SoloSaldo

These apps run entirely on your local computer. We do not collect, transmit, or store the files, invoices, or images you process. There is no user account, no cloud sync, and no server-side processing of your work.

Your license key (issued by Lemon Squeezy at purchase) is stored locally and used only to validate your activation against the licensing service. Standard server logs apply when the app contacts our servers to check for updates.

5.3 AI Senate (desktop)

AI Senate is a desktop workspace that opens AI chat sessions in your local browser using your own existing accounts at the AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek). InfoHelm does not see, intercept, or store the content of these chat sessions — the application acts as a client-side bridge between your input and your browser tabs.

Local data: Notes, debate transcripts, consensus reports, and settings are stored only on your computer (in the app’s local data folder). They are never uploaded to InfoHelm servers.

Pro Consensus (optional): If you enable Pro Consensus, your OpenAI API key is stored locally in the app. When you generate a Pro Consensus report, the request is routed through an InfoHelm proxy endpoint to the OpenAI API. The proxy serves only to forward the request — the API key and the debate content are not logged or persisted on our servers.

Local Consensus (optional): Runs entirely on your own computer via Ollama. No data leaves your device.

License system: Your purchase email and license key are received from Lemon Squeezy. The app reports activation counts to enforce the per-license device limit (currently 3 devices). No usage data from inside the app is sent to the licensing system.

Update checks: The app periodically downloads update.json from our server to detect new versions. This is a standard HTTP request; your IP address may appear in standard server access logs.

Third-party AI accounts: When you chat with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, or DeepSeek through AI Senate, the conversation is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms.

5.4 Website and InfoHelm Tech portal

We collect standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) when you visit our websites. We may use basic analytics to understand traffic patterns. We do not sell visitor data.

6. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no system can be 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

8. Children’s privacy

The Website and Apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect information from children under this age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Depending on your local laws (for example the GDPR in the EU/EEA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, or to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, or to request deletion of your data, contact us at info@infohelm.org. We may ask you to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. See also our data deletion information.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we may also display a notice inside the Apps or on the Website.

11. Contact us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how your data is handled, please contact us at info@infohelm.org.
