Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InfoHelm website infohelm.org (the “Website”) and the InfoHelm applications listed below (collectively, the “Apps”). By accessing or using the Website or Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to:

1. Who we are

The services are provided by Marko Korać PR Info Helm (“InfoHelm”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). You can contact us at info@infohelm.org.

2. Use of the Website and Apps

3. License and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps in accordance with these Terms and any applicable per-product license terms (see section 5).

All content and materials provided by InfoHelm — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, and software (excluding your own user content) — are owned by InfoHelm or its partners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Apps or any part of our services, except where permitted by law.

4. User content

The Apps may allow you to enter and store content such as dream descriptions, questions, tarot topics, notes, and debate transcripts (“User Content”). You remain the owner of your User Content. By using the Apps, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide you with the requested features (interpretations, history, reports, etc.) within the Apps.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit and you confirm that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Product-specific license terms

5.1 Mobile apps — DreamCodex AI, Una AI Tarot: Jung

Distributed and licensed through Google Play and the Apple App Store under their respective standard end-user license terms. Some features may require a subscription or the purchase of virtual items (for example credits or coins). All payments are processed by the relevant app store under their own terms. InfoHelm does not process these payments directly.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value. Refunds are subject to the policies of Google Play and Apple App Store; in most cases we cannot issue refunds directly and you must contact the app store.

5.2 Desktop apps — PortalPack, SoloSaldo, AI Senate

Desktop apps are sold as paid software licenses through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. After purchase, you receive a license key by email that you enter inside the application to activate it.

Standard license terms:

Refunds: Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s standard refund policy. Where a free trial is offered, we strongly recommend evaluating the application during the trial before purchasing.

5.3 AI Senate — additional terms

Third-party AI accounts required. AI Senate does not provide, resell, or sublicense access to any AI model. To use AI Senate, you must have your own active accounts with the supported AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek). Your use of those services is governed by each provider’s own terms of service, acceptable-use policy, and pricing. Availability, capabilities, and pricing of these services are outside InfoHelm’s control.

Browser automation. AI Senate operates by interacting with each AI provider’s native web interface through a local browser. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI Senate complies with each AI provider’s terms of service. InfoHelm provides the tooling; how you use it within the providers’ ecosystems is your responsibility.

Pro Consensus (optional). When using Pro Consensus, you provide your own OpenAI API key. You are responsible for any usage costs billed by OpenAI for your key. InfoHelm does not bill you for API usage.

Output and decisions. Debate transcripts and consensus reports are generated by AI models and reflect their respective biases and limitations. They are informational and should not be the sole basis for important decisions. See section 7.

5.4 Website and InfoHelm Tech portal

You may read and share content from the Website and from tech.infohelm.org for personal, non-commercial purposes, with appropriate attribution and a link to the source. Republishing full articles or substantial portions of content without prior written permission is not permitted.

6. Subscriptions, purchases, and refunds — summary

7. No professional advice

Interpretations, reports, and outputs provided by the Apps (including dream interpretations, tarot readings, debate transcripts, and consensus reports) are generated by algorithms and/or AI models and are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

The Apps do not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. You should not rely on the Apps for decisions that may significantly affect your health, finances, relationships, safety, or legal rights. For such matters, always consult a qualified professional.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that they will meet your expectations.

We do not guarantee continued availability of, or compatibility with, any third-party service (including AI providers, payment processors, or app stores). If a third-party service changes its terms, pricing, or technical interface in a way that affects the Apps, we will adapt where feasible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InfoHelm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website or Apps.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you have paid (if any) for the subscription or license in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes to the services and Terms

We may update or modify the Apps or Website from time to time, for example to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We may also update these Terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

If you continue to use the Apps or Website after the updated Terms become effective, you are deemed to have accepted the changes.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, unless the laws of your country require otherwise. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, unless a different forum is required by mandatory law.
